Arriva il gelato “VEG”!
L’estate è il regno del gelato e per questa estate 2018, arriva una novità, parliamo del gelato “VEG”!
Secondo una nota dell’Osservatorio della Federazione Internazionale pasticceria, gelateria e cioccolateria (FIGPC), il consumo del gelato senza uova e senza latte aumenterà del 30 % .
Di pari passo con tutto ciò, ci sarà il ritorno alla scelta, in prevalenza, dei gusti classici quali nocciola, cioccolato, pistacchio e crema.
Tra i gusti frutta invece, regnano fragola, limone e pesca.
Viva la freschezza dell’estate : il gelato!
