NOBU SHOREDITCH LAUNCHES PINK FREE-FLOWING BRUNCH
An oasis of calm just moments from the hustle and bustle of Great Eastern Street, Nobu Shoreditch is the perfect spot for open-air drinking and dining this summer, from dawn ‘til dusk. Catch all of the Wimbledon action, enjoy refreshing, hand-crafted cocktails during Kampai happy hour or at a weekly gin-spired Hendrick’s BBQ, indulge in the exclusive Seasonal Omakase and even dance the night away to iconic Ibiza DJs on the luxurious four-level terrace before spending the night in the award-winning Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch with an exclusive summer package.
Offering a tranquil escape, the stunningly landscaped terrace to the rear of the restaurant, with lounge and table seating, is the perfect spot to while away those long summer nights. Fresh and original Asian-inspired cocktails from the exciting new cocktail menu, such as Ki No Bi G&T Martini and Oni Negroni, are joined by premium Japanese Beers, Gins and Whiskies as well as an imaginative and varied Wine list designed to complement the restaurant’s iconic Nobu-style dishes.
Shoreditch locals looking for a great after work spot can also take advantage of the daily Kampai happy hour that runs from 4pm until 6pm, showcasing some of the team’s favourite Japanese tipples and Nobu-style bites included the beloved Lychee and Elderflower Martini (£8) and Baby Scallops New Style (£5)
Following the huge success of 2018’s Wagyu Whisky Wednesdays, Nobu Shoreditch will this year partner with the quintessential Hendrick’s Gin on their weekly Jin Wednesdays, bringing the unique magic of Nobu outdoors. Live DJs and an exclusive cocktail menu showcasing the nation’s favourite spirit, featuring drinks such as Midsummer Spritz and The Forgotten Garden, will be available from 6pm until 11pm every Wednesday, from 24th July. Offering their own take on that most British of summer pastimes, the BBQ, the chefs will be cooking up a selection of mouth-watering dishes including Squid Kushiyaki with Anticucho & Teriyaki Sauce and Chicken Wings with Crunchy Garlic Sauce fresh from the grill.
Back again for a second year, the hotel has also launched their renowned Pink Free-flowing Brunch available every weekend throughout August. For £75, guests can revel in two hours of unlimited pink Prosecco and specially curated ‘Japanese Palomisha’ cocktail, a fruitful blend of Sake, Tequila reposado, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Yuzu, Pomegranate syrup and Club Soda along with unlimited access to the restaurant’s famed Bruch and Dessert Bars complete with freshly-made sushi and cold dishes and a selection of Nobu-style deserts.
Keeping the party alive into the evening, Nobu Shoreditch is also launching its Summer Party Series, With amazing events throughout the summer from Disco Disco (6pm-1am, 19th July) Shhh Brunch Party (1pm-10pm, 28th July), Konflict (6pm-1am, 9th & 22nd August). Further dates and events will be announced throughout July and August.
Launching this July, visitors to the restaurant will also be able to revel in the first iteration of Nobu Shoreditch’s Seasonal Omakase menu, a monthly-changing array of dishes carefully curated by the kitchen to highlight the best produce throughout the year. Running for each calendar month, highlights of the August Menu include Baby scallops 3 ways, Soft shell crab kara-age and Japanese A5 Wagyu wasabi mash black garlic butter.
